Any hobbies people are surprised to hear you have?
Unfortunately nothing too exotic. My kids keep me fairly busy when not working. I try to play golf when I can.
Vacation spots you recommend?
Always enjoy travelling to Miami, easy flight from New York. Beaches, food and culture are all my favorite.
Most interesting company you have worked with?
Most interesting transaction I worked on was the Dell/EMC financing, which is one of the largest financings in history. Structuring the debt financing was very challenging as we had to fit it into a unique M&A and equity structure.
Favorite dish to cook?
Love cooking anything on the grill. Swordfish steaks are a specialty of mine – surprisingly easy on the grill and always a crowd pleaser.
